Course 3 – The 10 key principles

Description

This course will give you a good understanding of the 10 key principles which ABA believes schools must adopt to tackle the bullying of all children and young people including disabled learners and learners with SEN. It takes approximately 30-45 minutes to complete.

You will be asked to complete a survey at the end of the course and will receive a CPD certificate upon completion. Your certificate will remain in the ‘My trainings’ section of the e-learning platform and you can click on the pink tick to download it at any time.

*Please note: all lessons must be completed in order to download your certificate. The menu on the left will track your progress through the course.

On completion of this course, participants will have a greater understanding of:

  • the 10 principles to preventing and responding to bullying in schools

  • why they are important

  • what young people and parents say about them

  • strategies schools can introduce to implement them

Whilst these principles include best practice for reducing bullying of disabled children and young people and those with SEN, they will also help support all children and young people.
